Appointment to Scenic & Historic Commission

David J. Bonacci, A.I.A., Principal of Bonacci Architects pllc, has been appointed by the Mayor of Utica, Hon. David Roefaro, to serve as architect member of the Scenic and Historic Preservation Commission. The one-year term runs from January 23, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
