City of Utica Fire Station No. 7
Bonacci Architects were charged with designing window replacement at this turn of the century structure. The energy performance of the exterior envelope of this existing building is being improved by removing the existing single glazed wood windows and installing new window units with insulating glazing. The make-shift plywood panels that were installed in the original hose-drying tower will also be removed and replaced with new winsow units that will enhance the appearance of this vintage structure. This project is to be bid publicly.
