Economic Development
Bonacci Architects assisted the City of Utica Urban and Economic Development Department with their grant applications to New York State for "RESTORE NEW YORK" funding and "The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" stimulus program. The efforts were part of a focus to secure much needed re-development funding for Utica, especially downtown Utica. Bonacci Architects worked closely with individual owners to help establish conceptual re-development plans and preliminary construction estimate budgets utilized for the grant applications.
