HARC - Gail W. Brown Center Expansion & Renovation

Herkimer Area Resource Center (HARC) has again called on Bonacci Architects to assist them with their capital project needs. There are several components to the improvements planned for this property. The project is currently in the working drawing production phase. The scope of work began with an analysis of settlement of the existing slab on grade in portions of the existing former church building. One phase of htis owrk will require removal of these slabs and the installation of new concrete slabs. Helical piles will be installed first to provide structural support of the new slabs. Also included in the scope of work are a single-story therapy pool and office addition, a teaching greenhouse addition and a separate storage building, as well as miscellaneous alterations to the existing facility.
