A new Irish Pub, the Celtic Harp, recently celebrated its Grand Opening. The pub is located on Varick Street in the City of Utica's Brewery District. Bonacci Architects designed the facility in keeping with the character of the Historic District. The full service restaurant and pub boasts outdoor dining and gathering space for live entertainment. H.R. Beebe, Inc. provided Construction Management services for the project.
