The Rome Planning Board, at it's August 4th meeting, approved preliminary designs for a new 9,000sf restaurant and banquet facility at Griffiss Park. Bonacci Architects provided design services to assist Jeff Daniels in his vision to develop and construct a new facility in front of the Wingate Motel in the Park. It is a win for everyone! The Wingate Motel gets a new full service restaurant acress the street to better serve their guests; Jeff Daniels fulfuills his dream of a new facility and the Griffiss Park gets a much needed restaurant option to serve the employees in the Park.
Bonacci Architects worked closely with Jeff Daniels to create a facility that can easily and appropriately provide daily casual dining as well as provide comfortable accommodations for large gatherings in a cost effective and efficient manner. The new facility is schedule to open in the spring of 2010. Bon Appetit!
