Through the efforts of the City administration, with Bonacci Architects providing architectural input, the City was successful in being granted a $2.1M grant to assist in the renovation of (3) historically significant buildings in the heart of the downtown district. The grants will allow for the renovations of the Winston Building for mixed-use development; the expansion of Black River Systems into an adjacent building; and the upgrades to the Pizza Classic Building, all located on Genesee St. The resulting projects will significantly improve economic development and the appearance of this vital corridor.
