Liberty Affordable Housing of Rome, NY, recently secured financing through HFA for a $5.4M renovation project at Madison Plaza Apartments in downtown Rome, NY. Bonacci Architects, pllc provided design services and assisted Liberty Affordable Housing in securing funds for the 127 apartment unit complex. Renovations are anticipated to begin fall of '09.
