Construction of our new Utica office is finally underway! The first efforts will concentrate on selective demolition and abatement measures at the existing two-story structure located in downtown Utica. Kershaw-Zalewski/Artisan Builders and stakeholder will be providing construction management services on the project. Work is estimated to continue for 6 to 7 months on the mixed-use redevelopment of the building at 251 Bleecker Street. Please continue to check back with us periodically as we will continue to provide narrative and photographic updates!
